Being part of the Business Development Team. You will advise brands on their influencer marketing strategies. You will lead and develop a growing team and act as a point of contact for our clients to understand their needs and requirements. You will develop the Sales Managers into a high performing team, by sharing your functional and business expertise as well as acting as an inspirational leader.
Role & Responsibilities -
- You will build, lead and inspire a team of Sales executives and associates.
- You will actively grow our client base, be responsible for selling and promoting our innovative audience advertising solutions as well as creative strategy and concepts related to the sales activities.
- Develop and broaden collaborative relationships by identifying contacts who manage budgets in order to close large deals.
- You'll stay up-to-date on innovation and developments in influencer marketing and channel those learnings, along with your previous professional marketing experience, into developing the Collabb platform and the STYLABS organization.
- You will play an important part in shaping Collabb and its development.
- Understand and coordinate your customers- needs and help to improve the platform through your feedback.
