Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at reputed Insurance company. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion.

Qualifications:

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Business development and strategic planning expertise

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Salary-Upto- 4 Lakhs+ PF+ Medical +Firstrack promotion +Incentive
