Job Description: The Business Development Manager would be responsible for
· Acquiring and Managing new accounts for the assigned countries (UK/Europe/USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/South Africa) within IT Staffing space.
· Generating Sales leads with high-end potential accounts and taking the complete accountability to complete the sales cycle in acquiring new accounts in the international market
· Coordinate with the Delivery Managers to ensure the IT staffing needs of the accounts are addressed & at the same time maintaining the client relations
· Managing the existing accounts by strategizing additional opportunities within the existing account and increasing the revenue of the existing account
Ideal Candidates must have
· Established strong alliances and partnerships with clients and key account representatives through various modes of networking
· Created new business opportunities and strengthened existing client partnerships in IT Staffing Sales in countries like UK/Europe/Australia/USA/Canada/South Africa.
· Participated in various RFI/RFP process
· Focused and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
· Must have international experience in acquiring contract/ permanent IT staffing business
NOTE
Candidates should be from relevant IT staffing companies like Nityo Infotech, Mpower Plus, IDC Technologies, Datamatics Staffing etc. They should not be from corporate background i.e on payrolls of Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini as the corporate culture would differ from the consulting culture.
