Job Description

Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities:

 Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.

 Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.

 Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.

 Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders.

 Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirement:

 1-4 Years of experience is desirable.

 Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.

 Proven ability to negotiate.

 Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy.

 Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.

 A go-getter, who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story
