Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential
sales outlets.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments
received.
Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirement:
1-4 Years of experience is desirable.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Proven ability to negotiate.
Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy.
Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
