Position Overview: We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as a Business Development Manager for Work from Home/Hybrid/Freelancers/Part Time.
Prospecting and Lead Generation, Client Engagement and Relationship Building is must.
Identify potential clients through a variety of methods, including web research, networking events, and industry groups. Create leads and keep a strong pipeline of possible clients.
Contact potential clients with phone calls, emails, and meetings. Understand your clients' wants, difficulties, and aspirations to personalise solutions to their specific demands.
Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that address their unique requirements.
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

2. Digital HR Transformation (HCM / HRMS) End-to-end support in implementation of HR Software, including managed services. (10% P.O. + 10% recurring for SaaS based)
3. Performance Management System - End-to-end support, including managed services. (10% of P.O. Value)
4. HRO, HR Audit, Grade and Salary Structure, HR Policies, ESS & IR. (20% of P.O. Value)
5. Legal Compliance & Licensing - End-to-end support, including managed services. (10% of P.O. Value)
6. Compliance Audit (PF/ESI/PT/LWF/Pollution/Factory). (10% of P.O. Value)
