  • Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating
  • sales, developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of
  • revenue & profitability targets.
  • Formulating operating budgets to ensure optimum utilization of available
  • funds for   accomplishment of corporate goals; ensuring efficient cost
  • management with key focus on bottom line profitability.
  • Implementing policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials
  • Monitoring overall functioning of processes and ensuring compliance to established standards.
  • Ensuring successful accomplishment of set business targets in the face of growing completion; identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve profitability.
  • Achieving sales targets as per designated budgets using market intelligence to prepare a customer centric operating plan; conducting tactical promotion; ensuring a strong brand presence and increased business.
  • Establish and manage new brokers, alliances and partnerships.
  • Strong networking.
  • Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
  • Making presentations and pitches to the corporate and HNI clients.
