Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets through strategic planning, identification of opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Qualifications
  • New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Account Management skills with the ability to manage and grow existing accounts
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • A strong network of contacts and relationships in the banking industry is preferred
  • An understanding of fintech and digital banking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
