- Identify opportunities of insurance products to SBI
wealth customers.
- Interact with all customers and solicit right
insurance products as per their need and identify
and create need.
- Identify opportunities to maintain product mix to
achieve top and bottom line while maintaining
defined LR and COR.
- Increase RM participation and activation.
- Identify customers for upsell and Cross-sell
opportunities to achieve set business plan
- Conduct meetings with new customers, visit the
clients to understand requirements and fulfill
insurance needs.
- Conduct periodic reviews with banks officials to
drive business numbers and address any concerns
which may be hampering business
- Assess and consider all kinds of risk to make
informed decisions
- Provide detailed information about new products
and new selling techniques to grow the business
- Develop and maintain relationship with all the key
stakeholders at the wealth hubs to achieve
increase volume growth.
- Identify and motivate suitable candidates for SP
program
- Periodic training on new products and refresher on
existing products.
Education
Qualifications - Graduate in any stream
Core
experience - 1-3 years of work experience in sales of GI
Insurance industry
