Job Description

Business Development Manager 

v  Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

v  Meeting planned sales goals.

v  Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

v  Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

v  Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

v  Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

v  The ongoing training of your salespeople.

v  Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

v  Promoting the organization and products.

v  Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

v  Sales Manager Requirements:

v  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

v  Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

v  Experience in customer relationship management.

v  Experience managing and directing a sales team.

v  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

v  Dedication to providing great customer service.

v  Ability to lead a sales team.
