We have a job opening in our organization for Business Development Manager (BDM)
Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is responsible for generating registrations of Insurance Claim Service product ‘HobNob’ in retail and in bulk numbers. BDM has to recruit Point of Sales (POS),Insurance Agents (Agents) and Business Associates (BA) in his/ her team, train them and hand hold them to ensure achievement of NOR number of registrations and sales revenue targets.
The role will also involve giving presentations in Corporates for the bulk registrations of HobNob. BDM has to drive sales on day to day basis with his/her team and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key accountabilities:
Develop an in depth understanding of Bima Garage product line and especially HobNob
Recruit and train ‘new relationships with excellent track record in local market’ and train them, hand hold them to prospect and to create robust distribution for the registrations of HobNob.
Conduct regular presentations and training sessions to the newly acquired and old relationships/ distribution
Demonstrate business planning skills to achieve NOR & sales revenue targets of HobNob registrations
Retention of HobNob customers.
Experience/knowledge :
Candidature from the Insurance industry (must) with 3-4 years of experience in insurance sales
A sales driven approach to ensure that targets are met as per the goal sheet on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Good written and oral communication skills
