Business Development Manager

Looking candidate for the post of Business Development Manager for training & business coaching.

No. Of Position: 01

Designation: BDM

Salary: As per Industry & Experience.

Educational Qualification & Experience Required:

Any Graduate/ Post graduate in marketing  or MBA (Marketing & Sales)

2-3 years hands on corporate experience as a Business Development Manager.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Own vehicle 2 / 4 wheeler is a must.

  • If required ready to travel in India.

  • Ready to work after office hours if required.

  • Ready to work on weekends.

Skills  Required:

  • Candidate should have Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with multitasking, presentable, organizational ability and good convincing power.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)

  • Expert in MS Office (Word, excel, powerpoint and google sheets.)

  • Expert in team making and target oriented.

  • Internet savvy, good in Social Media organizer.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling and lead generation:

    • Candidate should be an expert in generating leads from various sources to help in growing business.

    • Cold Calling and closing from the existing data and new database.

    • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

     Marketing & Selling Activities:

    • Responsible for setting up strategies for business growth.

    • Responsible for sale & marketing activities.

     Target oriented:

    • Candidate Should be target oriented.

    • Target would be on a monthly or quarterly basis.

     Revenue Generation

    •  BDM will be responsible for generating revenue or income for growth of business.

     Reporting and Coordination with Team members:

    •  To coordinate with training members for admission & their payments.

    •  To coordinate with other departments and give them clarity for all admissions, payments.


  • Corporate tie ups:

    •   Setting up meetings with business owners/ entrepreneurs.  


  • Market Research/Market Analysis

    • Adequate knowledge of current market.

    • Determine the most suitable market for working industry.  

     

  • PR Activities & Vendor Management:

    • To book hotels/auditoriums/seminar Halls in different cities when training/workshops have scheduled.

    • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.

    • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

    • Search vendors and make selections based on creativity, quality, and cost.


  • Work and preparation during Workshop/Seminars:

    •   To make all necessary arrangements in the booked venue like. (Guest sitting, breakfast, lunch, dinner),projector, PPTs, Camera, sound systems, mikes, stationery requirements, testimonials, worksheets, etc.

    • Attending conferences, meetings, and events.

    • During workshop session handle counter, provide members to an ID card, to check their payment details and collect if any due.

    • To record audio/video during seminar and workshop and post on social media regularly.

    • To make a WhatsApp group of workshop members and share the details for the next/upcoming event/seminar details.
