Job Description:A Freedeem Business development Manager should have a consultative approach and shall be responsible to acquire and develop the good brands in assigned categories by strategic partnership with the company. Able to work with Brands on offer or deal design, brand messaging, promotion and all other levers that define and enable consumer success for the brand.
Should be able to identify needs and requirements to promote Freedeem’s App and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be expected to work on innovative and workable experiments and
pilots for growth hacks, to validate possibilities and scale the same across brands. Willing to
travel extensively and ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft office suite, PowerPoint, Ms Excel & word
handling MIS etc.
Eligibility Criteria: Any MBA from reputed university OR equivalent degree in sales and
marketing related field.
- Work experience in the Retail categories/App-based Industry / E-com industry /Ad
- space selling with business to business and business to consumer sales techniques..
- Results-oriented and ownership-driven can end to end own a process/ project.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building
- relationships with all level of clients.
- Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to Travel extensively with ability to manage a large number of prospect situations
- simultaneously while positioning company brand against direct and indirect competitors.
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills with problem solving attitude.
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-
- what-it-takes mindset.
- High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude.

Business Development Manager Profile:
As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on delivering exceptional sales and margin
growth for various categories by acquiring new clients/retailers as well as manage existing
retailers/Brands through extensive field work and cold calling.
Accomplishing sales target with consultative approach and best negotiation skills focusing on
creation of various attractive deals and offers according to requirement and business objective
for revenue generation under any given conditions with a positive attitude.
Require to conduct primary and secondary market research to identify the offers/deals that
should be built with Brands/retailer for making these brands a success; Work closely with the
Brands to transit an idea into offers/deals for customer benefits and final display of offer to
attract more customers. Plan promotional campaigns at Brands/Retailer outlets for better
response as per the requirement.
