Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
1). Lead generation:- Suppose to work on Pre-sales: Online Bidding on portals like Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, etc.- Requirement gathering for new business solutions and interaction with international clients.- Suppose to do cold calling, schedule meetings with potential clients and finalising a profitable deal.- Knowledge of other lead generation methodologies like email marketing, content marketing, etc.- Elicit business requirements with the preparation of relevant documents.
2). Project coordination:- Client meetings or requirement clarification, progress update and issue tracking.- Prioritisation of backlog, Scrum meetings and Sprint plan.- Relationship building with existing and potential clients.- Priority support for production issues.- Knowledge of Agile methodology and software development life cycle.- Knowledge of Software Technologies and development frameworks.- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
