Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the Marketplace industry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with new and existing partners, as well as driving revenue growth.
Position: Business Development Manager ( BDM )
Qualification: HSC or Graduation
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year ( Fresher can also apply )
CTC: 18 K to 22 K (+ Incentives)
Location: Vadodara
Key Responsibilities:
v Identify and prospect for new business opportunities to increase the number of sellers on the Marketplace platform.
v Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new sellers.
v Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop new products and services to meet the needs of the Marketplace.
v Analyze and report on Marketplace trends, competition, and customer behavior to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
v Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive demand for the marketplace platform.
v Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the Marketplace platform.
v Experience in business development, sales or marketing, with a focus on the Marketplace industry.
v Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful partnerships.
v Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sellers.
v Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
v Meeting with potential customers to demonstrate the products or services, discuss their needs and budget, and answer any questions they may have.
v Maintaining and expanding customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns, and identifying new opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
v Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and meet sales targets.
v Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and using this information to inform sales strategies and product development.
v Creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential customers.
v Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and sales pipeline updates.
v Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products or services, pricing structures, and value propositions, and being able to communicate these effectively to customers.

v Field sales roles require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and build strong relationships with customers.
