Position –Business Development Manager
Job Description:
• Shall be responsible for Business Development(B2B) and conversion of all corporate mid and small sized clients for all training and consulting products/services of Marg
• Shall be assisting the senior BDMs with all open workshop efforts in terms of leadership development and Fintech workshops
• Shall be liaising with digital marketing team for content verification, mailers lists, social media promotions etc.
• In doing the above, the person shall be required to make presentations at client meetings , draw out proposals and do everything incidental for conversion
• Shall be focused on growing the pan India presence of Marg i.e. in metros like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai etc.
• Shall be required to be always well informed on competition, industry trends, prospect of new product/service etc.
Skills Required:
• Excellent English Communication Skills (written & verbal)
• Able to collaborate and work in teams
• Able to work under pressure of both time and targets
• Able to adapt to the fast pace of change in the industry
Qualification/Preferred Experience :
• Post Graduation in disciplines of Marketing , Sales or Business Development i,e. MBA/BBA /Equivalent diploma
• Having 3-5 years’ experience in a Business development role which required domain knowledge on the product/service
• Have experience of speaking to senior management positions in corporate
