  • Preparing Business data sheets, Information Memorandums and
    presentations for all businesses
  • Retaining the once active clients on a regular basis so as to have
    consistent business flow from them for the organization.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Managing customer-centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
  • Provide complete and comprehensive information on products,
    services, charges etc. proactively to the customer and ensure best services
    are provided to them.
  • Analyzing the customer's requirements and building aggressive deal
    plans to acquire large prospective customers through leads / referrals /
    self-sourcing / micro marketing activities.
  • Conducting analysis to assess prevalent business / financial /
    economic environment.
  • Investigating and understanding key business issues behind the
    numbers and providing clear, concise and timely analysis.
  • Identifying appropriate products which are in consonance to the
    clients' business goals.
