Job Description
- To Work with assigned franchisees to help them improve their registrations.
- To support Chennai franchisees in doing marketing activities and convincing them to invest in marketing
- To organize and conduct presentations in schools towards getting new student registrations. This includes getting permissions from schools, also execution and management of event.
- Planning and executing local activities with franchisees which includes – Leaflets, flute boards, banners etc.
- Organizing demos / competitions in the Centers.
- To increase admissions, signing up new Schools for marketing Campaigns
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to travel as needed.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
Detail-oriented.
