Roles and Responsibilities:
* Generating new business from the sales officer
* Meeting targets by introducing our company's product range to existing and new customers
* Recruit, train sales officers, and generate business through them.
* Responsible for managing a team
* Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolving issues and queries
* Hold regular meetings with BDO, lead providers, Intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records of the same in a planned and systematic manner
* Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
