Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generating new business from the sales officer

• Meeting targets by introducing our company's product range to existing and new customers

• Recruit, train sales officers, and generate business through them.

• Responsible for managing a team

• Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolving issues and queries

• Hold regular meetings with BDO, lead providers, Intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records of the same in a planned and systematic manner* Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
