Job Description

Set appointments for business development which will involve extensive travelling to client locations within Mumbai to meet them and understand their requirement/ discussion on the solution being provided/closing the deal etc.
Execute assigned outbound calling campaigns designed to acquire qualified leads, drive new account acquisition and drive profitable revenue growth.
Meet or exceed daily productivity goals including lead generation, conversion rates, etc.
Build consultative relationships, understand business needs and promptly convert opportunities into potential business.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the dealMYtime will speak to those needs.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move leads into business.
Work with Head of sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
Maintain lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution, and results.
