Responsibilities of this job:
Conducting market research & identifying new locations for services and building initial demand.
Driving demand using digital marketing, Social media interactions, etc.
Daily coordination with officers/workers to understand and identify their issues.
Train workers at multiple levels and ensure smooth operation at the service locations.
Implementation of management techniques and approaches.
Compiling emails, track insights and report data.
Manage requirements and answer questions of clients.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
Basic knowledge in handing computers - Excel Sheets, MS Office word, Invoices, etc.
Basic English Language knowledge - Read, Write and Speak.
Effective organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships with customers & network.
Self-starter, go-getter and willingness to work at a dynamic environment.
