Designation: Business Development & Operations

Responsibilities include:

1. Process order on all the seller panels and follow up till the dispatch with courier and warehouse team
2. Claim against sales return & follow up for the reimbursement to avoid SLA and penalties
3. Track sales and inventory on the daily basis for reordering
4. Work on price update on the panel as per the brand communication
5. Work on being responsible for handling seller panel operation
6. Work on the coordination with the marketplace for the day-to-day operation
7. Keep Inventory check of brands
8. Work with the manager in business development
9. Provide solutions to internal stakeholders on various day-to-day queries
10. Work on tracking prices of competitors on all the marketplaces
