Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
2. Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
3. Intermediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal
4. Maintain and update listings of available properties
5. Assist with corporate accounts
6. Assist in business development
7. Participate in the mortgage loan process, including credit ratings; underwriting verifications
8. Prepare portfolios (property briefs) of prospective properties to be provided to a sales agent
9. Assist in the sale of the old properties
10. Assist in buying the new properties
11. Assist in the sale of pre-leased commercial properties
12. Process loans (all types of loans) and financial paperwork involved in a real estate transaction
13. Attend appraisals
14. Update and maintain the CRM
15. Work with a real estate broker to find properties that suit the client's needs
