About the internship
Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct detailed market research, industry analysis, and competitor profiling within the US, Canadian, Australian, and Singaporean IT sectors
2. Execute proactive B2B lead generation tactics - targeting decision-makers in our preferred client profiles across targeted international markets
3. Employ various outreach strategies, including targeted email campaigns, social media outreach, and personalized introductory calls
4. Follow up diligently with leads, qualifying interest and addressing questions effectively
5. Manage leads through a CRM system or suitable tracking method, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through
6. Collaborate on crafting compelling proposals, customized presentations, and value-driven communications specifically geared towards decision-makers in our target markets
7. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique IT needs and demonstrating how our outsourcing solutions can solve their challenges
8. Assist with contract negotiations and client onboarding processes as needed
9. Monitor and report on campaign results, optimizing lead generation strategies based on data analysis

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of 100000).
