Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on cold-calling professionals and lining them up for interviews
2. Taking initial screening of these professionals and scheduling their skillset
3. Training professionals as per the UrbanClap (Urban Company) code of conduct and tracking their progress
4. Working on existing professional management
5. Working on performance analysis and data segregation
6. Working on DB generation, providing app-training
