Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with current final year MBA & BBA students who are keen on starting a banking career in new generation retail banks (no database will be provided by the company)
2. Engage with junior employees working in the sales and customer service arm of other sectors who are keen on moving to retail banking (no database will be provided by the company)
3. Speak to at least 20 potential candidates and meet at least 5 of them daily (physical or video-calls)
4. Generate 3 prospects who are keen to join the course in the next 2 months; share the name, age, college name, course name, year of course completion, job experience (if any),and mobile and e-mail details of the 3 prospects daily in excel format including your remarks basis your discussion
