Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate Sales Qualified Leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
2. Schedule and facilitate offline and online meetings with prospects
3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
5. Adhere to sales methodologies and processes

Skills and Competencies:

1. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with potential clients and team members
2. Prospecting Skills: Ability to identify and reach out to potential prospects
3. Customer-Obsession: Prioritizing customer needs and building long-term relationships
4. Sales Acumen: Understanding the sales process and identifying opportunities
5. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and persist in challenging situations
6. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales CRM software and other technologies for sales efficiency

    Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year

    Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per per month lead generated).
