Job Description


About the internship
Selected Intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Call leads to identify prospects and navigate them with the qualification process to identify decision-makers
2. Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service (75-80 outbound calls a day)
3. Create, maintain, and update a database of customers with complete information and emails
4. Record outbound call history and customer response in detail
5. Ensure customer follow-up all the time
6. Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogues, and other material
7. Understand customer business requirements and respond to customer inquiries to resolve it
Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 21st Jan'21 and 25th Feb'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Bangalore
