Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to clients' inquiries related to entrance exams and colleges via email/ phone or face-to-face
2. Providing career and college entrance information and assistance to students, parents and coordinate day-to-day operations
3. Helping clients' creating an action plan for the entrance exams and related college counseling process
4. Preparing, organizing, and maintaining clients' reports and statistical summaries
5. Coordinating and organizing the activities of after-sales to ensure client satisfaction
6. Maintaining contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
7. Assisting clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
8. Overseeing all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
