Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on relationship building with the major prospects in an assigned territory
2. Meeting individual and corporate goals and objectives
3. Making consistent in-person contact with targeted prospects and key clients
4. Creating compelling content to approach the clients
5. Identifying major prospects and implementing strategies in an assigned territory to develop these accounts
6. Working on client mining
7. Working on talent mapping
8. Handling marketing and brand building
9. Representing Peepal to various HR forums
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 4th Dec'20 and 8th Jan'21

3. are available for duration of 4 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Must be result-oriented, go-getter attitude, self-motivated, strong ethics

2. Must have an entrepreneurial mindset

3. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

4. Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets through effective selling techniques; negotiation and problem-solving skills

5. Must have the ability to work independently and pursue leads with tact and perseverance

6. Exposure to recruitment services sales is a strong plus

7. Candidate pursuing/having a post-graduation degree in MBA (marketing) can apply
