Job Description


About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling calls in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner
2. Following up with customers to assure satisfaction, and responding to queries, soliciting further sales, and solving problems
3. Finding new customers using social media Facebook/WhatsApp/Instagram & converting prospects into customers
4. Keeping accurate and detailed records of app installation, and paid subscription
5. Collecting feedback from customers, analyzing it, and preparing reports
6. Working on account management when required for existing customers
7. Achieving the given set target by employing telemarketing skills based on best practices
8. Working with other teams to understand the process
