Roots Education started by Phoenix Training and Consultants is the brain-child of a team of young and visionary techies from the Silicon Valley of India - Bangalore. It is a unique initiative that focuses on the overall growth of a child, catering to not only academics but helping in the growth of personality while inculcating the right mindset in the child. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the generation of leads
2. Work on the sales pitch and closing of sales over call
3. Perform outbound sale based activities
