Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create new financing avenues through HNIs, chartered accountants, bankers, investment advisors, and other industry-specific institutions for land aggregation
2. Compile, call, and convert - this involves creating a list of all prospective leads, contacting them by phone, email, or in-person meeting, and then pitching and turning leads into partners
3. Regularly participate in BNIs, meetups, online or offline meetings, and other social events
