About Sofa Clinic
We are a fast growing e-commerce startup dealing with furniture and restoration, headquartered in Bangalore. Our goal is to build a strong relationship with our customers and provide cost-efficient, effective, and high-quality products and services.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the needs of the customer and the technical aspects of selling
2. Contacting suppliers and explaining to them about the products we need
3. Managing our team and negotiating with the suppliers & customers
4. Explaining about our products & services to the clients
5. Dealing tactfully with customer concerns (pre-sales and post-sales)
6. Coordinating with other departments
7. Identifying new sales leads
8. Pitching products and/or services
