About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and handle all inbound calls and web chats whereby ensuring efficient lead management
2. Work on providing accurate information to customers on call/chats and ensure all details to be captured entirely
3. Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
4. Work on collecting and analyzing information and prepare data and sales reports
5. Build and maintain professional networks
6. Work on meeting (online) with potential clients to determine their needs
7. Work on market research and pre-sales research to understand correct reach out plans
