About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Sell residential properties in the Bangalore market
2. Work on intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices
3. Work on cold calling
4. Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best
5. Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
6. Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Chennai, Bangalore and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Any UG/PG or currently pursuing graduation/PG or engineering

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Someone who is flexible to travel

4. Well verse with city geography

5. Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

6. Should be willing and available 3-6 Months

7. Working days will be from Wednesday to Monday

8. Weekly offs on Tuesday

9. Candidates must join us immediately
