1. Align with the organization's goals and objectives for sales and revenue growth, in turn
meet the aggressive weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
2. Prospecting and compiling leads from the leads database and external research
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
4. Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams
5. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
6. Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
