1. Promoting business by spreading positive word of mouth
2. Getting connected with the coworkers in the facility
3. Making calls to promote event space and our training programs
4. Communicating and interacting with the coworkers and participants associated with the academy
5. Handling walk-ins in the work place professionally and promoting the business
6. Building goodwill, brand value, and reputation of the organization
7. Handling back office and administrative work
