Responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
2. Taking sales calls and trying and converting
3. Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
4. Updating documents and sales records
5. Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
6. Observing and carrying out sales processes
7. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
Learning opportunities as an intern:
1. Understanding of sales cycles and sales funnel management
2. Training and working knowledge of CRM, telephony systems, and sales automation tools
3. Learning negotiation techniques, interpersonal effectiveness, domain and process knowledge
4. Working closely with department heads, business owners, and co-founders
5. Learning the overall operation cycle of start-ups
6. Learning the close relationship between sales and marketing, industry trends, and sales innovation techniques
Who can apply

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
