About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make sport accessible to the maximum number of sports players in my 15 minutes' catchment, as a result increasing the store's sports market share
2. Handle the sport layout in my store and all tools and areas exclusively linked to the same
3. Develop commercial policy
4. Work on selecting the ideal sport range based on the commercial policy
5. Build the commercial calendar
6. Determine and achieve the economic targets
7. Pilot the economic performance
8. Identify smart costs and avoid sources of waste
9. Take care of the stock
10. Work on mediating between the brand and users
11. Engage with the sports players in 15 minutes' catchment
12. Follow the safety and security standards for the sports aisle and for the store
13. Maintain a clean and -self-informed-best-choice- sport layout
14. Recruit the future sports leader and the co-leader or successor
