Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate sales from existing customers and cultivate new customer opportunities
2. Conduct meetings with prospects and clients interested in real estate properties to present available deals
3. Maintain and update listings and mailers for available properties
4. Conduct cold-calling to generate interest in products and services, create new business leads, and schedule 10 to 15 meetings per month
5. Understand and address customer needs and requirements effectively
6. Convert leads into sales and achieve set targets
7. Manage market-related activities including promotional events, site visits, and outdoor marketing initiatives
