Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 

1. Managing the team of approximately 15 persons
2. Contacting potential agency and partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings
3. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
4. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
5. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
6. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
7. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
8. Developing quotes and proposals for promotion
9. Developing goals for the marketing team/business growth and ensuring that they are met
10. Training volunteers and helping team members develop their skills
11. Working on merchandise promotion and sales
