Responsibilities include:

1. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
2. Conduct virtual meetings for product demo, pitch to the interested leads
3. Maintain good professional relationship with external stakeholder mainly B2B customer account management and update and utilize CRM for managing all leads generated through different sources
4. Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
5. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
6. Learn and become proficient on internal software systems
7. Assist in creating performance reports
