Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospect to supplement the lead flow and proactively drive prospect engagements that exhibit an in-depth knowledge of their business, talent acquisition initiatives, and general strategies
2. Develop your own communication plan to reach multiple personas, leveraging case studies and customer wins to establish credibility and support business discussions, and identify successful trends and strategies that can be executed at scale
3. Build cross-functional relationships within to gain intelligence and penetrate target accounts (360 selling)
4. Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals
