About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on strategizing & mapping new markets & zones where we can penetrate
2. Work on filtering & shortlisting cloud kitchens in those zones based on the shared parameters
3. Work on reaching out to cloud kitchens, explaining the value proposition & signing KIK partnerships
4. Complete the documentation to onboard the partner kitchens & handover accounts to the launch team

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 450 on every Signed Partnership that you make or deliver.

About Beijing Street

ZFW Hospitality has been in the cloud kitchen space for 4+ years and is running 32+ internet restaurants across a network of 13 cloud kitchens in NCR. The company aims at building a scalable and sustainable network of cloud kitchens across the country & creating strong consumer brands in this space by leveraging the distressed and under-utilized inventory. ZFW's latest cloud kitchen concept - Biryani Street was launched in May 2020 during COVID with an aim to serve a hygienically prepared and safely delivered biryani meal. Their plan is to spread to all pin-codes across NCR with 50+ stores by the end of 2020. Post this, ZFW plans to expand to various geographies across India and aims at achieving the 500 store milestone within 3 years. The company is also building a strong tech-enabled platform to manage the operations of all its cloud kitchens and internet restaurants seamlessly.
