Business Development Sales

The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and build relationships with new clients
2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
3. Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and increase client base
4. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
5. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client objectives
6. Write business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
7. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
8. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
9. Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
10. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
11. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Other requirements

1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or in a relevant role

2. Proven sales track record experience in customer support (a plus)

3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, LeadSquare etc.)

4. Proficiency in English

5. Knowledge of processes of market

6. Communication and negotiation skills

7. Ability to build rapport

8. Time management and planning skills

9. A degree in business administration, sales or a relevant field
