Designerrs Lab is a training and consulting studio based in Bangalore and Delhi, focused on providing the design-based training & courses for UXD and design thinking methodologies. We foster innovation by training individuals in design while simultaneously imagining, designing, and creating revolutionary remedies to worldly problems. With design curriculums for user experience, design thinking, visual design, and interaction design created by experts from alumni of NID and IIT with the industry expertise of UX teams of Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Thoughtworks, etc.

We aid in learning skills, processes, and frameworks and provide the essential tools required to work as UX/UI designers in the IT product and consulting industry. Based on a structured teaching and learning framework along with outcome-based pedagogy, quality, and real-world application are the essences of our training.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on effective counseling of the leads
2. Handle admission closures
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Ensure timely collection of payments from trainees of the batch
5. Process the admissions of new trainees
6. Communicate with leads through various channels
7. Ensure smooth batch coordination
8. Work on feedback collection and improvement in batches
9. Generate relevant leads through different sources and conduct an evaluation of students
10. Work on planning to get maximum conversion from the leads and implementation post approval from the manager
11. Work on planning and execution of operations' improvement and optimization
12. Ensure handover and submission of tasks, projects, etc. from trainees
13. Work on the submission of admission/revenue projection
14. Submit feedback from a sales perspective which can help in bringing improvement in the organization
15. Ensure proper and timely submission of team performance reports, feedback of the students, batch progress, and payment trackers to the management
