About the internship

Job Description

Engage with newly assigned leads immediately using text and phone outreach. Excellent lead management and lead nurturing (Thoroughly process leads to increase overall sales and the amount of each sale).

Handle questions and provide detailed information on features and policies of Muzigal.

Collect relevant student information and update in the CRM portal and share with teachers.

Assist in trial class setup and ensure class completion.

Follow up with students to provide guidance with class enrollment, billing and payment processing and close the sale.

Prioritize and promptly respond to any requests from students or teachers and direct to the appropriate department for further assistance.

Keep track of and strive to exceed individual and team targets for weekly and monthly student enrollments.

Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Communicate effectively by phone, text or email in a professional and friendly manner.
2.Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Google apps, Microsoft word and Excel, basic CRM system understanding.
3.Excellent time management
