Responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential or existing students/customers to inform them about the course and work on career counseling
2. Handle tele-inquiry and regular follow-up on leads
3. Counsel students regarding the course
4. Evoke interest in students
5. Work on rapport building with students and parents
6. Work on inquiry handling and generating valid walk in's scrutinizing & enrolling eligible candidates
7. Support all marketing initiatives
8. Ensure maximum and effective utilization of leads provided
9. Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by company policy Provide crisis intervention for students in difficult situations
10. Communicate with students & parents to ensure successful completion of the program
11. Provide support in administrative work
12. Assist with marketing activities to promote the project and perform related duties as assigned
13. Represent the company during fairs and events
14. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes
