Responsibilities include:

Making calls for follow up with the clients and help them close the deals
To Handel a team of BDE responsible for revenue generation for the company
Research and build relationships with new clients
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
